Superbowl Take-Out Menu

Have some super comida with your Superbowl this year. We have a special menu of dishes not on our normal menu perfect for your football fiesta. Email us or call us  (503.232.8226) after 2pm to place your order.  All items on our Superbowl menu are gluten-free.

Super Comida Menu:

  • Superbowl Tamales: Barbacoa de Res (Smoked Brisket in Red Sauce) – $24/dozen
  • Carnitas: Pork slow-fried until golden-brown with oranges – $9.75 per pound (minimum one pound, includes tortillas and salsa)
  • Take-and-Bake Nachos: House-made chips layered with cheese, carnitas or smoked brisket, roasted onions, tomatoes, and green chiles.  Sour cream and salsa on the side.  Just heat and serve in recyclable 9×12 pan. – $9.75
  • Chips & Dip: one and a half pound bag of house made chips with choice of guacamole, salsa, or both. – $4 chips only, $8 chips and pint of ranchera salsa, $12 chips and pint of guacamole, $15 chips and pint of guacamole and pint of salsa

WHEN: Pre-order only by Tuesday, January 29th for pick-up Friday, February 1st, through Sunday, February 3rd.  Ask about delivery options (extra cost).

Sunday Tequila Tastings Otra Vez

With over 60 tequilas, 12 mezcals, and 3 sotols, few Mexican restaurants in Oregon have as large a Latino booze list as ours.  And we have a commitment to no crap on our list.  No tequilas that aren’t 100% agave.  No low-end Jose Cuervo or Sauza.  We even refuse to carry Patron (not because it’s so bad, but so over-priced and mediocre).  Our tequila menu includes tasting notes and information on how the tequila/mezcal/sotol is produced.  Bonus: we have the lowest markups you’re likely to find anywhere. We are more interested in evangelizing good Mexican liquor than making mint off it.

In that spirt, we are starting the Sunday tequila tastings again, which were on hold during the holidays.  Come learn about and taste several tequilas.  Learn about how tequila is made and what influences the variety of flavors first-hand. Please email us or call us (503.232.8226) after 2pm to be added to our separate tequila tasting list.  You can also RSVP for the next tequila tasting on Sunday, January 27th.  Space limited to 15 participants.
