CHILI & TEX-MEX DINNER WITH COOKBOOK AUTHOR ROBB WALSH

Come meet Robb Walsh, author of The Chili Cookbook, The Tex-Mex Cookbook, and The Legends of Texas Barbecue Cookbook. (Among others.)  We’ll be serving a five course meal from his books and he will sign your cookbooks and chat with you about all things Texas and chili.  (He’s also an expert in oysters.)  

  • Chile con Queso with Chips: Melted cheese with green chile, tomato, and onion served with house-made tortilla chips.
  • Tamale Pie & Nopales Salad: Cornbread baked with Texas-style chili con carne inside served with a cactus salad.
  • White Chili: Chicken, white bean, and green chile soup.
  • Enchilada Chili Duet: Old Fashioned Tex-Mex enchilada and West Texas Stacked Green Enchiladas together on one plate.
  • Ice Cream with Chipotle-Piloncillo Syrup

When: Monday, October 26th, 7pm (Reservations Required)
Where: NW 5th & Couch (32 NW 5th), our Chinatown location only. 
Cost: $39 (includes copy of cookbook)
